Well, During British Period, there was a powerful and rich man named Shubol Rai Chowdhury prominently known as "Shubol Mahajan" from Tipra Community.
He used to donate a lots of money to people for their well being. He contributed to help people's in their difficulties.
So people used to love and respect him so they named this waterfall 'Shubolong Waterfall"
How To Go?
From Rangamati city, Shubolong can be reached by speedboat and boats. The rent of these boats can be different. The rent is approximately 500-1200 Taka
